FoSIPAN is a Community of Practice for sub-national investment promotion that advocates policy reforms and aligns investment strategies to position Nigerian states as competitive destinations.

Our Mission
To strengthen State Investment Promotion Agencies (SIPAs) through capacity building, peer learning, coordinated investment promotion, and strategic partnerships that unlock sustainable investment into Nigeria's subnational economies.
Executive Committee

Comprising all SIPAs, serving as the highest decision-making body of FoSIPAN.

Regional Chapters
Facilitate coordination across geopolitical zones, enabling region-specific investment promotion and peer learning.
Technical Working Groups
Established to drive thematic areas such as investment facilitation, PPPs, reforms, data and analytics, and investor relations.
